Where are the Gulfshore Concierge Medicine offices located?
We have three locations in Naples, FL.
What services are provided?
Gulfshore Concierge Medicine offers a full range of preventative medical services. In addition we manage all conditions that are typically followed by a primary care physician, as well as rheumatologic needs. When necessary, expedient consultations will be arranged with leading providers in their respective specialty medical fields.
What are the credentials of your medical staff?
All our doctors are board certified M.D.s in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and are knowledgeable in all aspects of Adult Primary Care. They each completed rigorous training through four years of medical school plus three additional years of training in Internal Medicine residency. They each practice evidence-based medicine and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in healthcare delivery.
What conditions do the doctors treat?
All of our doctors excel at all aspects of adult care including: preventative health such as immunizations, screening for hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer, osteoporosis, and nutrition/weight loss counseling.
They are experienced at management of many chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, COPD/asthma, GERD, hypothyroidism, dementia, depression, anxiety, arthritis, osteoporosis, and stroke.
Does GCM perform musculoskeletal injections?
Yes, our GCM locations perform injections for patients with pain due to disease related issues, sports activities, and the demands of daily life.
Does GCM perform basic or specialize services, such as immunizations, lab draws, and EKGs?
Yes. Basic immunizations, lab draws, and EKGs are performed in our office, and are included in your membership fee. On occasion, it may be necessary to go elsewhere for certain specialized tests and immunizations.
What are the added benefits joining Gulfshore Concierge Medicine?
As part of your membership fee, all office exams, hospital visits, and home visits are included. In addition, your membership fee covers lab drawing service, EKGs, immunizations, office procedures, coordination of referrals to specialists and VIP service. We also offer complimentary health lectures, exercise and nutrition classes, and personalized health plans.
What if I have a problem that requires a specialist?
All our doctors have an established network of providers that they have worked closely with locally over the years. These specialist providers are considered the best in their respective fields.
If you have a problem that requires further evaluation by a specialist, the doctors will work closely with you to coordinate your consultation, and work as a team with the other provider(s) to manage your care.
